Athletic Republic is the culmination of our 20 years of research and relentlessness. It’s a science-based sports training system that has delivered real, quantifiable results to over half a million athletes, including more than 2,500 Olympic and professional athletes, no matter their age, gender or sport. It’s a brand built out of a firm belief that there is a better way to train athletes, a better way to rehabilitate and a better way to maintain peak athletic performance.
For two decades we’ve been backing up our beliefs by seamlessly integrating science into sports training. Our intensive, individualized sport-specific training programs and state-of-the-art, proprietary equipment give real athletes a competitive advantage at every level—naturally. The Athletic Republic focuses on intelligent, science-based methods that propel our athletes from the bench to the field, from freshman to varsity squads, from high school to college and from college to the pros.

Our trainers have the sports-science knowledge to improve athleticism safely and effectively. We assess your strengths and weaknesses and create a training program like no other—one that is tailored specifically for you—in an environment that can’t be found anywhere else. We train you to move better, faster, be more stable and be in the best possible condition for your sport. By creating a training environment that allows us to safely take you beyond what you can normally do, your body responds quickly, and the improvements are solid and long lasting.
Our science-based training improves the rate at which you can do mechanical work, retraining your body from the inside out— neurologically, metabolically and biomechanically—so that you can become more efficient in the actual motions of your selected sport. After just one Acceleration Training program, comprised of 22 – 26 sessions spread over six to eight weeks, our athletes see vast improvements in their explosive power, accuracy and active recovery. Core strength and balance become rock solid. These athletes are able to play at game speed for a longer time than other athletes and with fewer injuries.
